Relevant Technology of MBR

Relacted technology of MBR

Membrane chemical reactor (MCR) is a combination of chemical flocculation and membrane separation. A coagulant is added to precipitate suspended matter, and then the precipitate is removed by efficient separation of ultrafiltration membrane. MCR technology can be used for purification and recycling of wastewater.

Advantage

  • Reduced land requirement
  • Suitable for varying quality of influent water
  • Stable quality of product water
  • Reasonable costs for operation / maintenance

Relacted technology of MBR

Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor(MABR) is a biological wastewater treatment technology Utilizing a passive aeration process on the surface through an oxygen permeable membrane. The reason for the significant reduction in energy consumption of the MABR process is its mechanism, that is, air is supplied to the process at extremely low pressure.

Advantage

  • High cost performance
  • High efficiency and energy saving
  • Resistant to hydraulic shock and pollution
